Donation Acknowledgments
Donors may receive an electronic confirmation following a successful online donation.
Collective X also intends to provide donors with an annual charitable contribution acknowledgment for applicable donations around the end of the calendar year or during the following tax season.
Donors are responsible for providing an accurate email address and other contact information so that donation acknowledgments can be delivered.
Recurring Donations
If recurring donations are offered and you select a recurring contribution, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process donations according to the amount and frequency selected until the recurring contribution is canceled.
Canceling a recurring contribution will stop future scheduled donations but does not reverse or refund contributions that have already been processed.
