Thank you for supporting Collective X. Your contribution helps provide operational support, community outreach, organizational growth, programs, and other activities that further our nonprofit mission.
All Donations Are Non-Refundable
All donations made to Collective X are final and non-refundable.
By submitting a donation, the donor acknowledges that the contribution is made voluntarily and is provided for the use of Collective X in furtherance of its nonprofit mission.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, Collective X does not provide refunds or returns of contributed funds.

For security purposes, please do not send complete credit card, debit card, or bank account information by email.
Use of Donations
Unless specifically stated otherwise by Collective X, donations are unrestricted and may be used at the organization’s discretion in support of its charitable purposes.

- Organizational growth
- Other activities supporting the mission of Collective X
There are no goods or services automatically provided in exchange for a standard donation unless specifically stated as part of a particular fundraising campaign.
Donation Delivery
Because donations are charitable contributions rather than purchases of physical products, there is generally no physical delivery or shipment associated with a donation.
After making an online donation, donors may receive an electronic confirmation using the email address provided during the donation process.
Charitable Contribution Acknowledgments
Collective X is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Donors will receive an appropriate charitable contribution acknowledgment or tax receipt for qualifying donations.
Collective X intends to provide an annual contribution acknowledgment around the end of the calendar year or during the following tax season. This documentation may be retained by the donor for tax-record purposes.
It is the donor’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and to consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of any contribution.
Recurring Donations
If a donor elects to make a recurring contribution, cancellation of the recurring contribution will stop future scheduled charges.
Previously processed donations remain non-refundable.
